By placing an order with Bellamare Designs, you agree to the following terms:

Handmade & Custom Nature

Each item is handmade with care and may feature slight variations in color, size, or finish. These are not defects, but part of the unique, artisanal quality of Bellamare jewelry.

Return Policy

• Returns are accepted for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.

• Customized or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return.

• To initiate a return, please contact us at bellamaredesigns@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We will assess the issue and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit.

Customization Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all customizations (names, dates, text, sizing, etc.) are entered correctly at checkout. We cannot provide refunds or replacements for errors made by the customer.

Design Your Own

Custom jewelry requests require a $25 deposit to begin the design process. This deposit is non-refundable but will be applied toward the total cost of your piece. Once your jewelry is completed, the $25 will be subtracted from the final balance due.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has shipped, Bellamare Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We recommend selecting tracked shipping when available.

Shipping

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 7–10 business days from the date of shipment for your item to arrive. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Allergy & Sensitivity Notice

Our jewelry is made with gold-filled and other high-quality materials. However, skin sensitivities vary, and Bellamare Designs is not liable for any allergic reactions or skin irritation.

Care Responsibility

Proper care extends the life of handmade jewelry. To maintain the quality of your pieces, avoid exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, and rough handling. Care instructions are available in our FAQ.
