How to Start a Return or Exchange

 

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at bellamaredesigns@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. You may also message us on Instagram @bellamaredesigns or use the chat button on our website.

Return Policy

  • Domestic orders are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

  • International orders must also be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.

  • Returns will be processed within 7–10 business days once received.

Final Sale Items

 

The following items are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-sized pieces

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items purchased with a 25% or higher discount (e.g. Flash Sales)

If a final sale item is returned to us, it will be marked return to sender and returned at the customer’s expense.

​Price Adjustments

 

We do not offer price adjustments on:

  • Flash Sales

  • Sitewide Sales

  • Holiday or Anniversary Sales

If your purchase becomes eligible for a discount within 24 hours, we’ll honor a one-time adjustment on full-price items (must show proof of original receipt). Contact us via email within that timeframe.

Need a Custom Size?

We’re happy to help! Email bellamaredesigns@gmail.com with your wrist size in inches and your order number. Custom sizing is available on most stretch bracelets unless otherwise noted.

Product Issue?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you believe there is an issue with your order. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

  • A brief description

We’ll do our best to make it right.
