How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at bellamaredesigns@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. You may also message us on Instagram @bellamaredesigns or use the chat button on our website.
Return Policy

Domestic orders are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

International orders must also be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.

Returns will be processed within 7–10 business days once received.
Final Sale Items
The following items are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Custom-sized pieces

Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Items purchased with a 25% or higher discount (e.g. Flash Sales)
If a final sale item is returned to us, it will be marked return to sender and returned at the customer’s expense.
Price Adjustments
We do not offer price adjustments on:

Holiday or Anniversary Sales
If your purchase becomes eligible for a discount within 24 hours, we’ll honor a one-time adjustment on full-price items (must show proof of original receipt). Contact us via email within that timeframe.
Need a Custom Size?
We’re happy to help! Email bellamaredesigns@gmail.com with your wrist size in inches and your order number. Custom sizing is available on most stretch bracelets unless otherwise noted.
